Well, got tired of those Gargoyles, and decided to take a break and re-look at my Foul Magnetism deck. I netted this deck sometime ago and didn't actually had much chance in playing with it - but a freak accident made me played this deck 3 weeks ago several times, and I find it actually a pretty interesting deck to toy with. So, instead of disbanding it like I wanted to, I tune it to fit the current environment a little better, and give it some boost that it needed.
This deck has multiple contingencies for victory. First, it is primarily a vote deck - with Ysador's Cardinal title, and some help from Old Friends and the (oh so difficult to find people to use it) Animal Magnetism, this deck can pull through a couple of KRCs to damage the prey. The stealth provided by OBF in the deck usually means that people don't really bother to block your actions very much unless you give them a reason to. If you manage to influence both Ysador and Greensleeves you should be a contender for vote superiority on any table. In a fix, Powerbase : Madrid is there when you really needed that boost, and you should have some intercepts to defend it.
When vote doesn't work very well for you, go for bleed. You should be able to stealth through most casual intercepts and consistently bleed your prey. Granted, this deck is not heavy with bleeds, but well, at least you can deliver them. There are enough untaps for you to keep working your Vampires, so don't worry about attacking all the time. Use the Nosferatu Kingdom or the Vessels to keep your pool healthy, and wait for your votes to come into dominance again. If that never happens, hope for the eventual block and torpor the titled Vampire that is giving you that much headache. Don't forget you do have an Army of Rats to slowly do those damage...sigh.
Finally, this deck is deadly in combat versus most combat type. Ysador's ability basically removed any decks' ability to go to close range unless they have infernal or demonic minions (ultra-rare, and the last thing you need to worry about fighting these fellows is range), or the "set range" ability that the Assamites bring to the table. Minus that you can safely Aid from Bats and Carrion Crow anyone to death. The Canine Horde and Drawing out the Beast is there to deal with gun decks. You really don't want to fight a THA theft deck, or a POT range combat deck, but well, you can't solve everything.
All in all, this deck has performed pretty well for me since, and now rest happily in my box, waiting for her chance to show off her stench to the enemies again. I expect a long relationship with Ysador.

The deck is actually pretty low on stealth. You might want to consider a couple Forgotten Labyrinths for extra stealth on votes. Maybe that instead of Into Thin Air since ITA can't combo with Lost in Crowds.

Rather than 5x Animal Magnatism and 2x Old Friends, maybe drop the bleed retainers and add 2x more Old Friends (good for bleeding, doesn't take an action to equip).

For masters, I'd maybe turn all of the Vessels and the two Minion Taps into more Blood Dolls. You are pretty pool starved playing !Nos, especially with the Kingdom and a Hunting Ground, so consistent pool retrieval may better. 2x Zillah's Valley could be Information Highway. The Rack could be Giant's Blood since it doesn't require defending. Visit could be Barrens to toss un-needed combat, masters, stealth, etc.

Some of those KRCs could be Neonate Breach. Think there might be room for a couple Con Boons? Not a ton of votes for so much vote push.

Sense the Savage Way could be good to help with blocking.

You could try making this a smaller deck to draw the cards you really need more consistently.

Just my 2c

I agree with most but I have to disagree with some.

Old Friends is good but it cost blood, and is only a +1 bleed anyway, it's more for the vote help.

My environment is full of Vessels, the Blood Dolls wouldn't survive too long here.

Con Boons aren't really worth it IMHO as I usually wouldn't have too many of those !Nos in play to really get much punch from it.

The In the Thin Air makes sense~

Thanks! I'm playing with this deck tonight again, let's see what else I'll learn.
